Terms of Cooperation for Wedding Photography and Videography

1. Cost of Services
The cost of services is indicated on the order page and is current at the time of contract conclusion.

2. Booking a Date
The date is considered booked only after receiving an advance payment of at least 30% of the total service cost (discussed personally) and signing the contract by both parties (the customer and the performer).

3. Order Parameters
When placing an order, it is necessary to specify:

  • The type and format of the event.
  • The number of participants.
  • Specifics of the location.
  • Wishes for shooting and processing of materials.
    These parameters affect the scope of work, number of working hours, and cost.

4. Deadlines
Deadlines for delivering materials are fixed in the contract and may only be changed by mutual agreement of both parties.

  • Wedding photos are delivered within 30 days, except for Premium packages (15 days).
  • Video deadlines are discussed individually and specified in the contract.

5. Transfer and Accommodation
Costs for transfer and accommodation of the team are discussed and fixed before signing the contract. These costs are paid separately by the client.

6. Event Cancellation

  • If the event is canceled for reasons originating from the customer, the customer must compensate the performer 1000 €.
  • If the event is canceled for reasons originating from the performer, the performer must compensate the customer 1000 €.
  • In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, emergency restrictions, or other circumstances beyond control), both parties are released from financial obligations.

7. Contract Cancellation

  • If the contract is canceled more than 60 days before the event, the prepayment may be refunded but only if another shoot is booked for the same date.
  • If the contract is canceled less than 60 days before the event, the prepayment will not be refunded.

8. Additional Agreements
Any additional agreements must be in writing and are considered part of the contract. Changes in terms of cooperation and termination of the contract also require written consent from both parties.

9. Additional Services
Additional services include second photographer, Love Story photo shoots, rush editing, and more (full list on the website). Services such as SDE (video editing on the day of the event) and receiving preview photos the next day are also available.

10. Use of Materials
The client has the right to use photos and videos for personal use only. Commercial use requires a separate agreement with the performer.

  • Editing materials: Clients are prohibited from editing photos or videos on their own or through third parties without written permission from the performer.

11. Photo and Video Delivery Time

  • Average delivery time for reportage and concert photos is no more than 2 days after the event.
  • Wedding photos are delivered within 30 days (Premium package: 15 days).
  • Deadlines for video materials are discussed individually and specified in the contract.

12. Editing and Retouching of Materials

  • The client receives all photos edited for light, color, and framing.
  • Additional retouching (e.g., advanced skin smoothing, object removal) is a paid service and is not included in the package price.
  • Video editing will include light corrections and edits at the discretion of the performer. Specific requests for editing must be discussed before the event and added to the contract.

13. Consent for Publication

  • The performer reserves the right to use photos and videos for portfolio, social media, and marketing purposes unless an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) is signed.
  • If the client does not wish for the materials to be published, they agree to purchase an NDA and pay for it in full, which amounts to 70% of the total package cost.
  • Upon payment, the performer guarantees that the materials will not be published and any previously published content will be removed.

14. Equipment Malfunction and Liability
In the event of equipment failure, the performer will make all reasonable efforts to continue shooting (e.g., using backup equipment) or compensate for the loss proportionally. However, the performer is not liable for unavoidable technical issues beyond their control.

15. Confidentiality
All information provided by the client (e.g., personal details, event plans) will remain confidential and will not be shared with third parties without written consent.

16. Finalization of Arrangements
The process of finalizing arrangements includes one round of revisions within 72 hours after material delivery, if the performer is able to meet the client’s requests without additional financial costs.

17. Copyright
All copyrights belong to the performer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

18. Payment and Refund Terms
Payment and refund terms are discussed individually and are fixed in the contract.
