Terms of cooperation   

  1. Cost of services: The cost of services is indicated on the order page and is current at the time of contract conclusion. 
  2. Date booking: The date is considered booked only after receiving prepayment (discussed personally) and signing the contract by both parties (the customer and the performer). 
  3. Order parameters: When placing an order, it is necessary to specify the type and format of the event, the number of participants, the specifics of the location, as well as all wishes for shooting and processing of the material. These parameters affect the scope of work, number of working hours and cost. 
  4. Deadlines: Deadlines for receiving materials are discussed individually for each order. 
  5. Transfer and accommodation: Conditions of transfer and accommodation of the team are discussed separately and prescribed in the contract. 
  6. Event Cancellation: In case the event is canceled for reasons originating from the customer, the customer is obliged to pay the performer a compensation of 1000,00 euros. If the event is canceled for a reason originating from the contractor, the latter is obliged to pay the client a compensation of 1000,00 euros. In the event of force majeure, both parties are released from the obligation to compensate for the loss. 
  7. Cancellation of the contract: If the contract is canceled more than 60 days before the event, the prepayment can be refunded, but only if another shoot is booked for the same date. If the contract is canceled less than 60 days before the date of the event — the prepayment will not be refunded. 
  8. Additional agreements: Any additional agreements must be in writing and are considered part of the contract. Changes in the terms of cooperation and termination of the contract also require the written consent of both parties. 
  9. Additional Services: We provide additional services such as SDE (video editing on the day of the event) and receiving photos the day after the event. Additional services can be found on the pages of our website. 
  10. Use of materials: The client has the right to use photos and videos for personal use only, commercial use requires additional agreement with the author of the materials. 
  11. Photo and video delivery time: The average time for the client to receive reportage and concert photos is no more than two days after the event. Deadlines for receipt of video materials, as well as wedding photos and videos are discussed separately. 
  12. Editing and correction of materials: The client receives all photos with correction of light, color, framing. Retouching and collaging is an additional service that is not included in the base price. The client receives video materials with editing and color correction at the discretion of the executor, if it was not discussed separately and is not specified in the contract. Wishes on shooting, editing, photo and video processing are discussed before shooting and added to the contract. 
  13. Consent for publication: For using photos and videos in the portfolio and on their resources, the performer does not need written permission from the client. But if written objection is received, all materials will be removed at the first request. 
  14. Finalization of arrangements: The process of finalization of arrangements takes place 72 hours after the materials are handed over to the client. During this time the client has the opportunity to ask for revisions, if the contractor has such an opportunity and it does not require additional financial costs. 
  15. Copyrights: Copyrights belong to the author of the materials. 
  16. Payment and Refund Terms: Terms of payment and refunds are spelled out in the contract and discussed personally with each customer.
